This is information about shipping from Abt Electronics for the contiguous US, Canada and Mexico. Abt Electronics does not ship to PO Boxes. Addresses outside of the contiguous US, Canada and Mexico do not qualify for the free shipping options. APO/FPO addresses can have items that weigh 45 pounds of less shipped. Prices for shipping will vary and must be quoted by the shipping department. Items too large to be shipped may be delivered by freight or may require additional options. Customers who live within 100 miles of the store's zip code may opt for delivery instead of shipping. White Glove delivery is available for an additional fee ($100). With White Glove delivery, the item is brought in to the house, set up and all packaging materials and other debris are removed.

Yes! In addition to store pickup Abt Electronics also offers another option with UPS Access Point. For store pickup, items can be picked up 1 hour from the time of ordering. Only in stock items are eligible for this option.

UPS Access Point is a program where an item can be shipped to another business and held there until it can be picked up by the person that made the order. This is available for select items.

Abt Electronics will accept returns for 30 days for most items. Some items may have a longer or shorter return window. Items that are oversize or overweight can be picked up for return.
