What is the Appliances Connection shipping policy?

Appliances Connection ships to all of the United States. Delivery type, estimated arrival time and other details are all determined at the time of order. Free shipping offers may be restricted by location. Additional delivery information can be found in "Delivery Information".

What are the different types of delivery options for Appliances Connection?

Local residents may qualify for free delivery for any purchase over $99. All deliveries will be either Curb, Threshold or White Glove as determined at the time of order. None of these delivery types will include installation services which must be purchased separately.


Curb Delivery is a delivery to the front of the house/garage but not necessarily inside.


Threshold Delivery is to the front door/garage and may require additional charges if the doors need to be removed to get the item inside.


White Glove Delivery will bring the item to the room of choice on the first floor with a $25 additional charge for every added floor. The item will be unpacked with some to all packing material removed. Additional fees may apply if the appliances' doors need to be removed to fit through the doorway.

What is the Appliances Connection return policy?

Appliances Connection allows returns for up to 30 days. Appliances Connection normally extends the return window for the holiday season. All returns should be initiated through the Appliances Connection website and start with a return merchandise authorization request. For damaged items, Appliances Connection will attempt to repair the issue if possible. If a repair is not possible, a new item will be shipped or the money refunded. All shipping for damaged items will be paid for by the company.

Does Appliances Connection offer financing options?

Appliances Connection has several financing options including an in house credit card which can be approved in as little as 24 hours for qualified customers. Paypal credit can also be used for customers that have that option.
