Yes. Price adjustment are offered within 7 days of purchase, provided that the exact color, size, and style are still in stock. Note that promotions are not eligible for price adjustment.

Bandier will not charge your card until the date that the merchandise is shipped to you. Note that orders will need to go through verification and acceptance before they are shipped.

Shipping information cannot be updated or changed after the order has been completed and shipped from the Bandier facility. It is advised that you review your order carefully prior to submitting it.

Yes. Orders over $200 that are being shipped within the continental US qualify for free shipping. Note that orders must be placed by 1PM (EST) to begin processing on the same day. Here are the domestic shipping options available at Bandier.

Yes. International shipping is available worldwide through Bandier’s partnership with International Checkout. A flat rate of $29 is charged for international orders. When shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam, orders must be shipped via International Checkout.

If you are not happy with an item you received, Bandier offers free return shipping for items that are not altered washed, or worn, with all of the original tags still attached to it. A prepaid label enclosed in your package can be used for this purpose. Note that returns must be received within 21 days from the time you placed your order while pre-ordered items must be received within 21 days from their shipment date.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the arrival of your return package. Note though that some banking institutions might take a longer time posting the credit to your account. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Shipment errors or issues regarding damaged or defective product must be reported to Bandier within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in not receiving a refund.

Merchandise that is washed, without tags, worn, or returned beyond the 21-day period may not be accepted for returns. The same is true for merchandise that has indicators of being used for production or photoshoots or if there seems to be a repetitive, unreasonable patter of returns associated with an account. Final sale items, water bottles and swimwear are not eligible for returns. Also, shoes must be returned in their original shoebox without postal labels and in the original condition or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Yes. Purchases that were made online may be taken to any Bandier store for a refund or exchange. Make sure that you bring the invoice for proper assistance. Note that Bandier stores are unable to process refunds for PayPal, Afterpay and Amazon Pay.

As of the moment, Bandier is unable to offer exchanges. If there is an item you wish to exchange, you can return it through Bandier’s return process and then place a new order.
