How do you book a flight with Etihad?
There are several ways to book a flight with Etihad including using the website, the app, calling customer service in the appropriate region, using a travel service or using a travel agent. To book a flight online simply choose the type of flight (Economy, Business or First Class) choose a seat, your meal and schedule the time/date and confirm. Payment options will be given at the end of the transaction and will be based on where you are flying from. For instance, if you are leaving from an airport in the US, the payment options will be those available for the US.

Does Etihad have a loyalty program?
Etihad does have a loyalty program which is free to join. Miles are earned for air travel and completing other tasks. There are 100s of travel partners within the program. Miles can be used to buy things from the Etihad Guest gift shop or can be saved for future flights, upgrades, hotel stays and more. Does Etihad offer other services?

How do you find out about baggage allowanaces with Etihad?
Etihad has baggage allowances that vary based on the type of flight, the departing airport and the airport of destination. Exact baggage information for each flight can be found once the flight has been confirmed. Customer service can also be contacted with any questions. How do I change or cancel a flight with Etihad?
Changes and cancelations can be done through the website or mobile app. Access your account and go to "flights". If you cannot find the information you are looking for you can also call customer service with this request. If it is more than 7 days before the scheduled flight you may be able to cancel without a fee.
Does Etihad have a mobile app?
There is a mobile app for Etihad which is free to download. It is available at the App Store, Google Play and the Huawei App Gallery.
Does Etihad price match?
Etihad does not price match however the airline will let you know if you can get a lower price by booking a flight on your own through the website.
Does Etihad have accommodations for people with special needs or people flying with children?
There are a number of services, including wheelchairs for people with mobility limitations, and other assistance that can be arranged. Families with small children will be boarded first. Additional services such as bassinets, special meals and more can also be made available upon request.
