Does iHerb accept orders by phone?
No. One of the ways that iHerb stays competitive and is able to keep their prices low is by limiting the ordering process to online orders only. They also have a mobile app which allows you to place an order via smartphone.
Can I add an item to my iHerb order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, iHerb is unable to add merchandise to it. If it has not been shipped yet, you do have the option to cancel the entire order and place a new one.
Does iHerb offer free shipping?
Yes. Depending on the overall value of your order and the destination it is being shipped to, shipping may be free. Select your country to view the shipping options and their corresponding prices.
What domestic shipping options does iHerb offer?
Shipping rates for domestic orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. Orders placed before 1PM (EST) will be shipped on the same day. Overweight items may be charged extra shipping fees. iHerb offers Expedited, Two-Day, and Next Day Shipping. What is iHerb’s return policy?
You can return any iHerb product you purchased within 60 days. To return an item, sign in to your account and go to the "Order History" page to find the order number of the item you are returning. Click on “Refunds/Returns” and fill out the return form to receive a return label. Only orders that have been delivered and are within 60 days from their purchase date are eligible for returns and refunds.
Can I receive notifications when iHerb has a product I want in stock?
If a specific product you want is currently out-of-stock, it's possible to sign up for notifications when the inventory is restocked. Click on the “Notify Me” option next to the item to receive email notifications.
When can I expect to receive my refund from iHerb?
Once your item has been received by the returns department, an email will be sent to you informing you of the refund process. This will also include the refund amount. For domestic returns, it can take up to 2 weeks, up to 30 days for international returns, for the item to be received and processed. An additional 3-5 business days may also be needed to fully process and issue your return.
Can I cancel my iHerb order?
It is possible to cancel an order you have just placed as long as it has not been shipped yet. If the order status is “Ready to Ship,” then you can no longer cancel it.
