What is iHerb’s return policy?

You can return any iHerb product you purchased within 60 days. To return an item, sign in to your account and go to the "Order History" page to find the order number of the item you are returning. Click on “Refunds/Returns” and fill out the return form to receive a return label. Only orders that have been delivered and are within 60 days from their purchase date are eligible for returns and refunds.

Can I receive notifications when iHerb has a product I want in stock?

If a specific product you want is currently out-of-stock, it's possible to sign up for notifications when the inventory is restocked. Click on the “Notify Me” option next to the item to receive email notifications.

When can I expect to receive my refund from iHerb?

Once your item has been received by the returns department, an email will be sent to you informing you of the refund process. This will also include the refund amount. For domestic returns, it can take up to 2 weeks, up to 30 days for international returns, for the item to be received and processed. An additional 3-5 business days may also be needed to fully process and issue your return.

Can I cancel my iHerb order?

It is possible to cancel an order you have just placed as long as it has not been shipped yet. If the order status is “Ready to Ship,” then you can no longer cancel it.
