How does iStockphoto work?
iStockphoto works by selling credit packs or subscription plans. Subscribers have access to a set number of images and videos per month. Or, credits can be purchased for individual images. Additional credit packs can be purchased at any time.
What subscription plans are offered by iStockphoto?
iStockphoto offers two types of subscription plans: monthly and yearly. Both auto-renew at the end of their terms unless they are canceled.
What is the iStockphoto refund policy?
iStockphoto does offer refunds on some products. All refund requests must be made to customer service within 14 days of the invoice start regardless of the product. For credit packs, there will be no refund if any of the credits have been used. A monthly subscription may be refunded if the request is made before the end of the 14 days. Yearly subscriptions are not refundable. Downloaded files are not refundable unless there is a technical issue with them that prevents the file from being used as designed.
