What lubricants should I use for my Kiiroo device?
Most Kiiroo devices are made of or coated with silicone. It is recommended to use only water-based lubricants as silicone-based lubricants can cause silicone toys to break down.
How often should I clean my Kiiroo device?
For the Onyx, it is recommended that you clean it with water or a gentle soap. You should also clean it every time it is used. For the Pearl, washing it with a toy cleaner, an antibacterial soap, or warm water is advised. It is best to clean it before and after use.
Does Kiiroo accept returns?
Unused and unopened items may be returned. A partial refund will be provided. Shipping and packing costs will be deducted from the refund amount which could be roughly around $22-$25. Used or opened items will not be accepted for return. Also, a traceable carrier should be used when returning items for their protection. Check out Kiiroo’s return and refund policy here.
Can I cancel my Kiiroo order?
Orders that have not yet been shipped out may be canceled by emailing info@kiiroo.com within 4 hours from placing it to get a full refund. Kiiroo is unable to guarantee a full refund if you cancel it beyond the 4-hour timeframe.
If you have already received the order, email info@kiiroo.com immediately as the products need to be returned within 7 days. Only unopened orders will be issued a refund and the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility.
What is Kiiroo’s policy on defective items?
If you received the wrong item or if it is defective, contact Kiiroo immediately for assistance. You will need to send videos or pictures in order to verify the issue. Replacements will then be sent to you free of charge. Kiiroo does not refund defective products but will replace them for the same item.
Does Kiiroo charge duties, customs, and taxes?
Orders delivered outside of the United States and the European Union may be subject to duties, customs, and taxes that are imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping fees listed on the Kiiroo website and they are the responsibility of the recipient.
