I was skeptical at first but I started taking these about two months ago and my symptoms (waking up at least once or twice at night to pee and having to pee a lot throughout the day) decreased in intensity. I went on vacation and forgot to pack my Luma Prosta pills and noticed my symptoms come right back which made for a very uncomfortable vacation. I wear Luma lift everyday the dispenser clogs frequently where I need to use a needle to loosen the dry product. To release the serum out of the dispenser as it shoots out everywhere. I try to save as much product as I can put back into bottle.
