Freezes wine-

When I unpackaged the wine fridge there were screws rattling around inside the cooler, when I tried to put them back in where they had come out of, they wouldn't even screw back in. The Cooler is cheaply made, the shelves don't come out very far and you can not remove a bottle in the back without taking out the bottles in the front. Most of my wines of NAPA cabs so although it say it's holds 52 bottles I could only get in 31 bottles. Shelves are really cheap, I would not recommend purchasing this product. It does appear to a fairly accurate (within 3 degrees) of the temperature gage.

Loved it until last week - No Longer Works!
I did a lot of research when I was looking to purchase a wine cooler and I decided on this one. I loved the look of it, it held a lot of bottles of wine, and wasn't too loud. I purchased the extended warranty and it will be 6 years next month (December 2023) that I have had it and now it no longer works! It no longer gets cold - before the temp was at 40 degrees and now it won't go below 65. I have tried everything to restart it, etc. I paid $800+ for this and it certainly should have lasted longer than 6 years! So disappointed!

Love my new wine refrigerator!
I am very happy with this product. It is very quiet, looks great in my kitchen island, and keeps the bottles at a perfect temperature. The New Air customer support is very responsive and the representatives are there to help customers with product questions.

Newair Wine Cooler
The wine cooler is quite handsome and looks great in our bar area. We are having trouble with the temperature sensor, but Newair is able to provide a new sensor and in a speedy manner.

Love my new 52-bottle wine cooler!
I am very happy with this product. It arrived in good shape and was well packed. I immediately loaded it up with 52 bottles and it reached the desired temperature in less than 24 hours. Very quiet and looks great. I had a small warranty issue and Newair was very responsive and stood behind their warranty with no hassle.

Nice looking unit but noisy
I purchased this unit 8 months ago and unpacked it and thought it looked great and fit perfect in my counter cutout. The unit stays at temp nicely but the last few months has begun making noise when it cools. When the compressor runs it makes a squeaking noise several times during the compressor cycle. At first I thought it was fine and I could get used to it but the more I hear it the more frustrated I get. I sent a recording to customer service and they told me that they were normal sounds for the compressor to make. I am just not buying this answer and would like New Air to do something about it, as I am still in the year warranty.

Replacing a bad ubit
We have enjoyed the unit until it stopped maintaining the desired temperature. I was sent a temperature control replacement part and replaced it. However that did not solve the problem. After contacted Newair again they determined the unit needed to be replaced. I am currently waiting for the replacement and I will then return the bad unit, It has been fairly easy and we are excited to get the new working unit.

My unit is not cooling. The fan is running on the right. It is set at 60 but on the left it is showing 75. Is it locked at 75? If yes, how do I unlock it so that I can cool it down?

The moisture container can be placed anywhere inside the unit with distilled water. This is used to maintain the humidity within the unit and it also helps your corks from drying out. How do you fit 52 bottles? We recently purchased this and the most I can fit is 36. There isn't enough space at the top to double stack and even then I'd be able to fit 40-42 bottles. None of the bottles are oversized and I'm able to get 6 per shelf including the bottom.

- Verified Reply - AlaiThe unit AWR-520SB holds 52 750 ml Bordeaux bottles in placed in alternating order in regards to the neck-to-bottom orientation.
