Never buy from this company!
Bought 2 a little over 1 year ago. The light started flashing inside. Called and lady said "sensor" problem. Need to replace.or they will give me a discount on new one. Really? Why would I buy another one!

Very concerned
We purchased a 126 can fridge that was delivered June 3 2024 While it cools our cans ok. I am very concerned it makes loud cracking noises and the sides of the fridge a very very hot

Need help
I bought a wine cooler, the AB-1200, and it only lasted 4 months. I tried to call the number they gave and it says they can't help me and to call back. I've been trying for 2 days and there's no response from the company. The wine cooler doesn't turn on and only the LED stays on intermittently. I need a solution. It's September 18, 2024.

A two year old product NO PARTS
With all the effort I've been through to attempt repair with no repair parts available from you on a unit two years old is a travesty on your company. A lot of wasted effort to locate a receipt and replacing useless parts that you sent out that didn't work is sad. I believe you sold a unit with known issues to the public with no repair parts for the thermostat available. Model AB850

Leaked refrigerant into our beverages
After a week, we noticed a bad flavor on all of our cans. I unplugged it, cleaned it, and started fresh. We restocked it and the same thing happened. Turns out, it was leaking refrigerant. It sat in my basement unplugged past warranty, so they only offered me a 40% discount.

Very noisy unit - would not recommend
We followed the instructions exactly as far as waiting to plug it in and turn it on, it was perfectly level and not enclosed in any way. From the start it was very noisy. The unit is in the basement, in the back, and we could hear it running before we opened the basement door. We called customer service. They were not all that friendly and after the first phone call, they did not respond to our emails unless we followed up. Very disappointed as it is a nice looking refrigerator but we are returning it for something that is quieter.

Doesn't last
Bought this fridge couple years ago in the beginning worked great. Have to defrost it once in a while and make sure have ventilation or won't cool. Compressor died just barely over a year paid over 300 for it to get a year. Which is why they give you 1 year and not 5 year which most refrigeration products have.

I would not buy this product
I decided on this unit for my office because it look good and didn't take up much space. However that is about the only good thing I can say. I had it about 6 months and it stop working. I call the newair tech support and they told me they would replace it, which they did. I received the new one and that one work for about 1 year and that one stop working. I call support again, unfortunately unit now not in warranty and they recommended replacing a part which I did at 35.00 and still didn't resolve the problem. I am not going to put out anymore money on this. The tech support said it could be an electrical problem but it isn't because I change offices in different buildings. I really like the sleek look but looks isn't cooling my drinks and I don't want to chance buying another one because that would make 3 in 2 years. Yes I only bought one and they did replace which is why I gave them 1 star but now the newer one broke now too. I hope that newair can fix this problem because they do have a nice looking product.

Must have!!!
We drink a lot soft drink and hate not to have space in out fridge. We decided to buy a fridge dedicated to our drink, and we found this one. It keeps the drinks ice cold and we love the option to keep the light on at all times.

I recently received one of these AB-1200 refrigerators. Before placing it in its designated location in the kitchen, I tested it for coolness. It was able to cool to ~40 degrees (empty). I then moved it to its designated location in the kitchen. In this location, it has ~3" of clearance on the left and rear sides, and ~10' of clearance on the right and front sides. I then loaded it with ~30 12oz cans of soda and ~24 0.5liter bottles of water. After 24 hours, the internal temperature is steady at ~55 degrees. Why is it so much warmer with the cans and bottles in it? Note that I left ~1.5" of clearance between the rear wall and the nearest can or bottle to allow for airflow. Is there a recommended loading layout for cans and bottles? And how about clearance to the temp sensor (wherever that is)?

Is there a drain pan? I see a small hole in the inside of the unit. When defrosting, ours leaked out the bottom & ruined the wood floor. I see a pan-like structure above the motor. It doesn't seem to be removable. It is dry & maybe has a fitting for an outlet. Nothing in the owner's manual. AB-1200. Thanks

I have a unit that I bought in 2020. Recently I have noticed it has stopped cooling as well. The internal temperature is never cold even though the condenser is cold to the touch. I can hear the compressor kick on and everything seems to be intact. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

Had this 2 years, only use it during the summer at my camp. This year it won't work. Light flashes and won't cool. Can't fine anywhere to order parts either such as a new thermostat to see if that is the issue.
