Will the tracker fit my cat?
Most likely, yes. The CAT Mini weighs 1 oz and is designed to fit all adult cats above 7 lbs. You can put it on almost any cat collar using either the stretchy rubber or sturdy plastic collar attachments.
What is the range of a Tractive GPS Tracker?
Unlimited. In fact, you could track your pet even if you're on the other side of the world. Tractive works in 175+ countries where there is 2G and/or LTE (CatM1) cellular coverage from one of our 500+ partners.
What are Health Alerts and when do I get them?
Health Alerts are email notifications that are sent if your cat's activity or sleep have shown unusual changes over a longer period. This is often a potential sign of a health problem. These alerts are especially useful when your buddy is trying to hide their pain, or when their symptoms are almost invisible.
Why do I need a subscription and what plans are available?
Tractive trackers have a built-in SIM card, like your phone, that uses mobile networks to send you location info. All the fees needed to do that are covered by your subscription. That way, you get to enjoy unlimited range worldwide. You can cancel your subscription at any time. More information
