Flowers never arrived 😔

I have spoken to the recipient who said that they were very dry as there was no water with them. She suggested that some wet tissues are wrapped around the stems to keep them moist.

The flowers were beautiful, but ,I didn't receive a totally red bouquet like in the picture, it was yellow and pink very beautiful, but a totally different thing, and when I reported it ,I was basically told you get what you're given ,

I got exactly what I ordered but the delivery man messed up. He didn't even ring my wife room bell or knock on the door after gaining access through the entrance door. The whole essence was defeated
