What is the 4 Wheel Parts return policy?
All returns to 4 Wheel Parts will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If the return is made within 30 of purchase there will be a full refund (minus the restocking fee). Returns made between 31 and 89 days after purchase will be given store credit in the amount of the purchase minus the restocking fee. There are no returns accepted after 90 days.
All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization number. To get a RGA, call customer service at 1-877-474-4821 to make the request. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. There are no refunds on labor or other services performed.
