How do I change the payment method I use for Ancestry.com?
Managing everything in your Ancestry.com account begins with your account page. Once there you will see your payment information that is stored and the option to make changes. Delete an old card and then add a new card to your file making sure that you are saving changes before exiting your account dashboard.
What is the Ancestry.com refund policy?
Gift memberships for Ancestry.com can only be refunded to the person that purchased it with the same restrictions applied to other memberships. Monthly memberships are not eligible for refunds for any reason while longer memberships may be eligible for a refund in the first 30 days. The exception to this policy is for renewals which can only be refunded in the first 7 days from the renewal date.
How is an Ancestry.com subscription canceled?
