Yes. Aventuron offers free shipping on orders over $100. Orders below $100 will be charged a $6.95 shipping fee and orders are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking feature.

If you wish to return a product that you are not satisfied with, you have 30 days from its purchase date to initiate the return. For a product to be accepted for return, it needs to be in new condition. It also needs to be shipped in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Returns outside of the United States are not accepted and returns are also not allowed for Made-to-Order products. If a refund is due, expect that it will be applied to the original payment method used in the transaction.

The lowest price guarantee means that Aventuron will price match any lower price offered by a competitor prior to the purchase and 10 days from the time that you have made the purchase. To qualify, the price match should be to the final sell price of the competitor, tax and shipping included. If the product in question is a variant, it needs to be the same size. There are instances when partial refund will only be granted. Products that show obvious sign of use, items that are not in its original condition, have missing parts or are damaged, as well as items that have been returned more than 30 days from the time it was purchased, will all be given partial refund. In addition, bicycles that are being returned will be deducted a 10% restocking fee.

Aventuron may also refuse to extend any refund to Open Items or those that have been previously returned or those that are missing the original of packaging and show sign of use. Demo and reviewed products are also not available for a refund. The same is true for rentals.
