Does Bealls offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders worth $75 and more qualify for the everyday free Standard Shipping. Aside from Standard Shipping, Bealls also offers Priority and Express Shipping options as well. Orders to be shipped via Priority or Express Shipping must be placed before 11AM (CST) Monday to Friday to be processed on the same day. Do I get charged multiple shipping fees for Bealls orders shipped in multiple packages?

No. There may be instances when your order has to be divided into two shipments or more. While you will get a separate confirmation email for each package, this will not affect your shipping charges.

Does Bealls offer a ship to store option?

Yes. All you need to do is shop online, choose the Bealls store where you wish to pick the items up, and then pick up the order at the store once it’s ready. It will take 7-10 business days for your order to be ready for pick up and an email notification will be sent to you once it’s all set. A minimum order amount of $35 is required to get this shipping option for free. Orders less than $35 will be charged $9.95. Click here to know more.

How long do Bealls stores hold my Ship to Store order?

Bealls will hold your order for 10 days from the time that you were sent a notification email. Prior to canceling the order, you will be sent a reminder email.

Can anyone pick up my Bealls Ship to Store order?

No. Only the designated pick-up person is allowed to pick up a Ship to Store order. A valid Photo ID and the notification email for the pickup will be required.

Does Bealls ship internationally?

No. As of the moment, Bealls is only able to ship within the continental US. They are also unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

What is Bealls’ return policy?

Most merchandise are accepted for return within 180 days from purchase. Items must be in their original packaging/box, must be unused, and must have their original tags intact. You may return merchandise at any Stage store. You may also return items by mail. Just use the packing slip enclosed with your order as the return form along with the receipt. If an item is being returned because it is damaged or defective, make sure to indicate that in the return from. When will I receive my refund from Bealls?

Refunds will be processed when the return is received and will be issued to the same credit card used when making the purchase. Unless there are unforeseen issues, refunds should be issued within 5 days from the time that your returned package is received. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item being returned is defective or damaged. Click here to learn more.

Can I cancel or modify my Bealls order?
