What is Bluprint on Xfinity TV?
Bluprint TV is an additional service available to active subscribers of Xfinity TV and will cost an addition $7.99 on your monthly cable bill for as long as you keep the service. It is separate from Bluprint as well as from the mobile app.
How can I cancel a Bluprint subscription?
On your Bluprint home screen you will see your profile picture. Click the picture and then select personal information followed by manage subscription. Once there, click cancel and you should be finished.
What is the Bluprint refunds policy?
To end a Bluprint subscription without being billed you must contact customer service or cancel your subscription before the end of the billing period. If you miss the deadline and want to end your current subscription you must contact customer service within 30 days.
