Does Built Bar contain preservatives?
Built Bar does not contain any artificial preservatives. To ensure longer shelf-life, the bar is designed with low water availability so that fungal and microbial growth cannot initiate. While there is significant water in a Built Bar, the fact that it is tied up with various molecules such as glycerin and erythritol ensures that the growth of spoilage organisms is prevented.

To ensure accuracy of order fulfillment, Build Your Own Box will need to be packaged by hand. It may take an additional 48 hours of processing before the order is packaged and shipped.

Can I personalize my Built Bar Box?
Yes. If you already have your favorites or would want to try a new flavor, you can always order the Mixed Box. For $36 a box, you can choose between 3 flavors or 6 bars off each flavor and 6 flavors or 3 bars of each flavor.
Does Built Bar offer free shipping?
Yes. Built Bar offers free shipping to all 48 contiguous states.
What is Built Bar’s refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the bars, just contact Built Bar customer service for a full refund. Note that this is only limited to 1 line item or product on the first order. To qualify for a refund, you will need to contact Built Bar within 14 days after your first order has been delivered. Free products are not eligible for refunds.
When can I expect my Built Bar refund?
Once processed, it will take between 3 and 5 business days for a refund to be reflected on your account. If the refund isn’t reflected on your account yet after 5 business days, Built Bar advises youto contact your credit card company as it may take time for refunds to get posted. You may also contact your bank about the refund as this may be caused by their processing time. Only after you have done all these steps should you contact Built Bar at email@example.com for further assistance.
Does Built Bar accept returns?
No. Built Bar currently does not accept returns. If you have any concern with your Built Bar order, you are advised to contact Built Bar customer service. If you still wish to return an item, note that the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. Gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
