Does Champion have a size guide?

To make sure that you are provided with the most accurate sizing information, the appropriate size guide is included on every product page. A Size Chart should be visible underneath the color blocks on the product page. Clicking it will give you access to the right size chart for the respective product.

Can I order an out of stock Champion product?

Yes. Champion allows customers to order items that are out of stock if they expect that it will be in-stock and expect to have it shipped within 28 days. Most items that are backordered generally ship within 28 days or less. However, if a backordered item has not shipped within 28 days, it will be automatically canceled. An item will reappear on the site once it becomes available again.

What shipping options does Champion offer?

Champion offers Standard, 4-5 Business Days, 2-3 Business Days, and Next Business Day shipping options. Standard shipping is free for orders over $60. It takes about 6 to 10 business days for a Standard order to be delivered. However, it may take up to 20 business days for delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and FPO/APO.


For in-stock orders to be shipped on the same day, they must be placed by 12PM (EST) Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed beyond the cut-off will be shipped on the next business day. Click here for more information on Champion’s shipping policy.

Can I track the status of my Champion order?

If you have created a Champion account, just sign in and go to My Account to view your order. After you have received your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you which should include the tracking number from the shipper. This allows you to check on the current whereabouts of your order. Typically, this is sent 2-3 days after an order has been placed.

When do I get my Champion refund?

Refund charges for credit cards and PayPal will be credited to your account. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the amount to appear. Note that stores are unable to process cash refunds. Also, return credit will not be issued for used items unless they were defective.

Does Champion ship internationally?

Yes. Champion has partnered with Borderfree to allow shipment to over 90 countries across the globe. You can even shop with your preferred currency as Borderfree supports over 60 currencies.

Can I exchange a Champion item?

If you want a different style or size, just place a new order and return the items you do not want. It will take 3-4 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Note that the original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will only be waived if the item involved is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

How much does Champion charge for international shipping?

Champion has partnered with Borderfree for international orders, so once you select Secure Checkout for an international order, Borderfree will then calculate how much the total cost will be in your chosen currency.

Can Champion ship to multiple addresses?

No. Champion is unable to deliver parts of an order to one address and the rest to another. If you wish for items to be delivered to separate addresses, place them into separate orders instead. Included will be the shipping costs and applicable taxes and duties that may be charged in the destination country. The order total is the amount guaranteed at the time that it was made so there are no surprises and no hidden fees.

Does Champion accept returns?

For unused items to be accepted for return, make sure that it is sent back to Champion within 90 days from when it was purchased. A credit will be issued to your account the moment the return is received. To make a return, fill out the return form, and include it in the return package. Can I cancel or change my Champion order?

Yes. However, there is only a 30-minute timeframe for you to do sobefore it gets processed. If there are changes to the order that you want to make, cancel the current order within 30 minutes from placing it and make another one with the changes included. To cancel an order, just sign in to your account and go to My Account. Select View Orders and the cancel option should be visible for all eligible orders.
