How do I get started with CVS Photo?

If you already have an account, log in to start making projects and ordering prints. If you do not have an account yet, you can easily register for one. Does CVS Photo offer a ship to store option?

Yes. Orders that are being shipped to store will usually take 5-9 business days to arrive. The ship to store option is not available for Hawaii and Alaska. Click here to find the store nearest you.

It will take 3 business days to make your project. This time is reflected in the estimated shipping time you see at checkout. For instance, a Next Day order will take up to 4 days to get to you. How do I add and import photos for my CVS Photo order?

You can import photos from Facebook, Instagram, Flickr, and Google Photos and use them on CVS Photo. You can even upload multiple photos at once. Click here for complete instructions on how to import and add photos.

Does CVS Photo have restrictions on the images that can be uploaded to my library?

Yes. Almost all JPEG/JPG and PNG files produced by modern smartphones and cameras are supported at CVS Photo. However, PSD, TIFF, PDF, AI, and WEBP file types are not supported. Files larger than 150 MB or 100 megapixels 11 MP are not supported either. Only 8-bit RGB and sRGB are supported for JPEG/JPG formats. Also, since PNG photos are converted by the system to JPG, any alpha transparencies contained in the images will not be preserved.

No. All of the existing and newly-uploaded photos in your account will be stored for free until such time as you decide to delete them or you are no longer an active user. Active users are those that access their account at least once in every 180 days or make a purchase at least once every 365 days. An email will be sent to the email address on file 30 days prior to the removal of any stored photo on CVS Photo.
