Yes. Free Standard and Express Shipping are offered for US orders over $55. If you wish to ship to a store, shipping is free for orders over $30.

Standard orders can take 5-15 days to deliver, depending on your location. This timeframe already includes the time needed to process orders before they are shipped out. Once an order is submitted, Factorie will process it right away therefore it is usually not possible to modify an order after it has been placed. If you give customer support a call immediately, they may be able to update your address or cancel the order. Order sizes or items in your order can no longer be changed once placed. If you ordered the wrong size or don’t want some of the items in your order, you have the option to return it for a refund instead.

Once your order has left the warehouse, an email will be sent to you containing your tracking details. You will usually get this email within 5 business days after placing your order.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded to you in full to the mode of payment used when ordering. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except when the item is being returned for defects or damage.

Items purchased online or pick up in-store orders can be returned online or in-store. For online returns, go to the Help Center page and select "Start a Return" to be sent a free shipping label. A refund will then be processed after your item has been received by the warehouse. Typically, it would take 3-5 business days for the refund to post, depending on the mode of payment you used when you placed the order.

No. The online store does not always have the same items as in-store and there may be differences in pricing too. You can use the store finder to help you check if an item you saw online may be available in-store.
