Famous Footwear offers free shipping on orders worth $75 or more. Expedited and rush shipping are also offered, however, orders must be placed before 11AM (CST) Monday to Friday to be shipped on the same day. Yes. You can order online and pick up the order within 2 business hours at your local Famous Footwear store. The option is free and is available at all Famous Footwear stores nationwide.
How does the Famous Footwear Free In-Store Pickup work?
When shopping online, just select "Pick Up In-store" upon check out. This should let you select the store where you want to pick up the order. You will receive an email notifying you that the order is ready for pick-up, usually within 2 business hours from placing it. Orders placed less than 2 hours before a store’s closing time will be available for pick up on the next business day. Stores will generally hold your order for 7 days before canceling it. Can I track my Famous Footwear online order?
Yes. It takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed for the tracking number to be activated. Once you have the tracking number, you can then track your order here. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn merchandise to a Famous Footwear store or by mail within 60 days from the purchase date. Damaged or defective items can only be returned if they are unworn. Exchanges are accepted but are only available in-store. How do I process a return to Famous Footwear?
To make a return in-store, just bring the item being returned along with the original packaging to any Famous Footwear store. Make sure to bring along the original receipt, a copy of the confirmation email, the credit card used when making the purchase, as well as personal identification.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the time your returned merchandise has been received. Refunds are also issued to the same mode of payment you used when placing your order.
