You can even enclose a personalized note inside the box. Just like any regular subscription plan, the gift will automatically renew. So, if this is only a one-time transaction, make sure to have the subscription cancelled at least 3 days before it renews the following month.

Note that if you cancel through your Gainz Box account, this does not cancel whatever open shipments/orders that you have. It is advised that you email info@gainzbox.com at least 3 working days from your next scheduled date of renewal to ensure that you will not be charged. Gainz Box does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. However, if you have received a damaged box, you are advised to email them at info@gainzbox.com for assistance.

No. As of the moment, Gainz Box is only able to ship within the United States.

All damaged or missing shipments or items need to be reported within 30 days of the shipping date in order to qualify for refund or replacements based on the availability of the product. If the product is still available, replacements will be sent and a refund may be considered or issued. Damaged items must also be reported along with a photo. This will then be reviewed by a support agent to determine if a replacement is due. Replacements will only be issued for damaged products.
