What shipping options does Gempler’s offer?

Gempler’s offers Economy Mode Shipping and Standard Ground Shipping options. Next Day and Second Day Air shipping are also available and the charges are calculated upon order checkout.


Economy Mode is offered at a low flat rate of $4.99 but is only available for products that are under 7 lbs. Products are often shipped 24 hours after order placement but delivery dates can vary from 3 to 9 business days depending on where the destination is located. Hawaii and Alaska are not included in the locations where this shipping option is available.


Standard Ground shipping rates are determined by the total weight of the order and delivery times can vary between 1 and 5 business days, depending on the shipping destination’s geographic location. Orders are only shipped from Monday to Friday and orders placed on a holiday or over the weekend get processed on the next business day. Items that are too heavy or too large may be shipped via truck. An additional $2 is charged for hazardous items and an extra $10 is charged for shipments that are oversized.

What is the Gempler’s Shipping Saver?

Gempler’s Shipping Saver is an option available for $59 where you won’t have to pay for handling and shipping costs for any Gempler’s order for the next 12 months. This is a convenient option especially if you expect to make several orders as this will allow you to order what you want whenever you want it. This also gets rid of the need to build up or consolidate orders. This account can be used by up to 5 people and you can start saving on shipping costs after making just a few orders.

What is Gempler’s return policy?

You can get most products returned within 30 days upon receiving the order. However, there are exceptions such as customized products, special-order products, hazardous products or those once used with hazardous materials, and clearance items.


For defective or damaged products, you are advised to contact the customer service team at 1 (800) 382-8473 or you can also email returns@gemplers.com so you will be provided with a return authorization number, which must be included when shipping the package back. A credit will then be issued to you upon receipt and inspection of the package. For products that are being returned, they must be in their original packaging and must be in new condition.

Do I need to create a Gempler’s account to place an order?

Yes. All you need to do is select the products you wish to order and then enter your personal information upon checkout. Do note that you cannot place an order without providing your email address as this will be used for contacting you concerning the confirmation and tracking of your order.

Can I track my Gempler’s order?

If you opted to order via guest checkout, you will receive a Web Order Confirmation Email from customerservice@gemplers.com after placing the order. Just click the button that says “View Your Order” and this should open a screen showing the order’s status. If you are a registered user, just log in to your account and click the link on the order you wish to check the status of.


Once the order has shipped, you will receive a Ship Confirmation Email which should include the tracking link.
