Shipping fees are set by stores on Google Express. Most offer free shipping when a minimum purchase amount is met. Most shipping rates start at $5.99. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the option will be reflected upon checkout. Some stores do not offer free delivery, regardless of the total amount of the order. There are also stores that set a minimum free delivery and charge a small-order service fee for orders that do not meet the minimum. Usually, this is around $4.99. Yes. Just get in touch with Google Express to have your address marked as an office or a business in the system. Due to how businesses close around the early evening, same-day delivery will not be available for business addresses. Instead, next-day delivery will be offered. Click here to learn more.

Yes. To make sure that the service is not misused, Google Express allows customers to order no more than 10 pieces of any item in a given day. Even when there are still more of these items available at the store, customers are required to comply with the quantity limitations or the order will be canceled. Return policies are set by each store and vary per item. However, Google Express’ standard return policy permits the return of items that are still new or in as delivered condition to be returned within 30 days from their delivery. Return periods will be reflected on every item’s detail page, so be sure to view that before proceeding to check out. Some stores may charge a $5.50 return shipping fee for every return shipping label. Also, coupons or promotions will not be reissued upon processing the return. As of this time, Google Express does not offer exchanges.

Returns can be dropped off at any UPS store. Service and shipping fees will not be refunded. You may also schedule a pick-up but you will be charged an additional fee by UPS. Returns to the store are also available but only for orders purchased from Target, Best Buy and Home Depot. Click here to learn more.

After a return has been received, an in-store inspection will be performed which usually happens within 48 hours from the receipt of the returned items. A refund consisting of the price of the item and taxes will be applied to your mode of payment within 7-10 business days. Note that some stores may deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Once your order has been submitted, editing or changing the items in the delivery will no longer be possible. You can place a second order containing the additional items you wish to purchase instead. You can also cancel the order and place a new one. Note that it is only possible to cancel an order immediately after placing it and before it goes to processing. Most of the time, you’ll have 30 minutes to cancel the order after submitting it before it is processed.
