Can I cancel my iPromo order?
Due to how iPromo offers customized products, orders cannot be returned or canceled once they are in production. If you need to cancel or change your order within 24 hours from placing it, iPromo will do its best to accommodate the request. Beyond the 24-hour period though, no changes can be made to your order.
What should I do if one of my iPromo products isn’t working?
iPromo will replace any product that is not working free of charge. Just get in touch with your account manager so a replacement and return of the custom product can be initiated as soon as possible.
What is iPromo’s policy on returns and refunds?
Due to the customized nature of iPromo products, returns are not accepted for any custom item. If you received a defective product, contact your account manager to secure a return authorization form. A Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) must accompany return shipments to ensure faster service.
What is iPromo’s production time?
This is the time it takes for iPromo to customize your products. Holidays and weekends are not included in calculating production time. The iPromo site only lists production days for single color and single location orders. For multi-location and multi-color orders, iPromo will get in touch with you for proper heads-up. Also, production time does not include the actual time it takes to ship the products to you.
