What is Jaanuu’s return policy?
Jaanuu gladly accepts items being returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Original tags must also be attached to the items for them to be accepted. Note, however, that Final and Gift Wrapping items are not eligible for return.
It will take 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed and will be initiated the moment the package is received at the warehouse. A confirmation of the refund will also be sent to you via email as an indication that the return has been completed. Exchange orders will also be released once the original has been received and successfully processed at the warehouse.

What shipping options does Jaanuu offer?
Jaanuu offers free standard shipping for orders within the United States. It will usually take 5-10 business days for standard orders to arrive. If you wish to take advantage of expedited shipping, you may take advantage of the 2-Day Air Express, available for US orders at $15. However, expedited orders may be subject to additional charges depending on the package’s weight. To ensure that orders get the same business day processing, they need to be placed by 12PM (PST) Monday to Thursday. Orders made over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can take advantage of the free USPS standard ground shipping option. It would take about 15-20 business days for packages to be delivered to these destinations. Jaanuu also ships to DPO/AE/APO addresses. For these types of addresses, it would take about 15 business days for packages to be delivered.
What should I do if I received the wrong Jaanuu order?
If you received the wrong item, email support@jaanuu.com right away so they can send the correct item to you as soon as possible.
How much does it cost to ship to Canada?
Customers shipping to Canada can enjoy free shipping provided that their order total is more than $100. A shipping fee of $9.95 is charged for orders below $100. For any order returns outside the US, the shipping costs will have to be shouldered by the customer.
How long does it take for my Jaanuu order to arrive?
Orders placed before 12PM (PST) gets shipped on the same business day. Orders placed beyond that will ship on the next business day. It will take about 1-2 business days for orders to get processed and standard delivery takes an average of 5-10 business days for orders delivered within the continental United States. Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii may take 15-20 business days to get delivered. Meanwhile, shipments to Canada will arrive in 2-5 business days if it has DHL Express as shipping provider. DHL Express is usually the one responsible for international deliveries.
What options for returns does Jaanuu offer?
You may process the return in person by bringing the item to any Happy Returns bar. Just provide the order number and the return will be processed on site provided that the item being returned is unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
The second option is to return the item by mail for free. If you have an account, log in and go to My Account and then click Returns & Exchanges. You will be able to create a return label for US returns. Use this form to process the returns and exchanges and to make sure that you select the right size and fit. Shipping costs for returns within the US will be covered by Jaanuu, however, you’ll have to be responsible for the shipping costs if you are returning the item from Canada.
Does Jaanuu offer international shipping for group orders?
Yes. Currently, Jaanuu ships groups orders to most countries around the world.
How long does it take for Jaanuu group orders to arrive?
Shipping time is hinged on the shipping location of the order. An additional 14 days will also be needed for group embroidery orders. US group orders will be shipped through UPS Ground. International group orders will be shipped through DHL. Depending on product availability most group orders get shipped within 72 hours. Expedited packages are also subject to additional charges, depending on the package’s total weight.
