JD Sports AU currently offers home delivery. Orders will be delivered within 3-8 working days from the time the order was placed. A standard delivery fee of $6 is charged per order. However, orders over $150 get free delivery.

Yes. You will be sent an email along with the tracking link so you can check the whereabouts of your package. You may also log in to your JD Sports AU account and track your order via your "Order History." Note that there can be a slight delay before the tracking link for your order is activated. It may take up to 12 hours from the time the email was sent to you for tracking to be activated.

Yes. If you have a change of mind about a purchase, you can return the goods within 30 days from the delivery date. Items purchased online may be returned to any JD Sports AU stores or taken to their dispatch center. Returns must be unopened, unworn, undamaged and unwashed to be accepted. If returning by post, return shipping fees will be your responsibility except during those instances when the return is due to a damaged, faulty or defective item. You can return your order to any JD Sports AU store. You may also return the items via mail through the Returns Center. Make sure to enclose a copy of the order confirmation or the original order receipt when returning an order by mail. Send the items to the following address:

Once your return has been received and processed, an email will be sent to you. You should get the email within 10 days from returning your item. If 10 days have passed and you have not received any email yet, you can contact customer care at customercare@jd-sports.com.au or +61 (02) 8789-3060. Just make sure to have the order number ready for faster assistance.

A refund will be processed within a few working days from the time your return has been received. An email should be sent to you once the refund process has been completed. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used.

There may be instances when JD Sports AU is not able to send you all of the items contained in your order. If this happens, an email will be sent to you ahead of time about the missing items. You will not be billed for any item that is not sent to you. Also, there may be times when part of your order will be sent from another location. This will cause your order to be split into two different consignments, which could mean that their arrival date may not be the same.

JD Sports AU has a quick picking and packing time for orders. This is why once an order is confirmed, they are unable to cancel or make any changes to it. You are, however, welcome to return the unwanted item once it is delivered through the JD Sports AU return process so you can get a refund.
