Jenson USA does ship internationally. Fees and delivery time will vary by the country of destination and may not reflect duties and other fees that will be assessed upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the Jenson USA return policy?

Jenson USA will accept returns of items that are new/unused for 1 year after purchase. All items must be in the original box or packaging and should have all tags attached or included. Parts that have been installed cannot be returned. Custom ordered parts or custom built bikes cannot be returned. Returns can be initiated through the customer's account. A fee of $8.99 for the shipping label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Purchases that were made using financing must be returned in 90 days. Any item that needs to be returned because it is defective is covered by the warranty policy. For additional information about warranty coverage, email Warranty@jensonusa.com. Some items may be assessed a return or restocking fee.
