What is the LEGO return policy?
LEGO allows returns for 90 days after purchase. All returns by mail must have a return authorization number. To request a number call customer service at 1-800-835-4386. Unopened sets that are valued at over $200 can be returned to the nearest LEGO retail location. Opened sets can only be returned for store credit or exchanged. Customized orders including pick a brick orders cannot be returned. Software including all DVDs and games can only be returned if they have not been opened.
