Does Maurices allow shipping to store?

Yes. Maurices allows you to shop from their online store and to pick your purchase up in-store without paying a shipping fee. Just select Ship to Store under Order Summary on the Shopping Bag page. Select Ship to Store again when on the shipping page. You can select which store you would prefer to pick your item up at or find stores closest to you here. You should receive an email confirmation that the order is received and a second email verifying the shipment of the order along with a tracking number so you can track the package’s whereabouts.

How long does Maurices hold my order in-store?

Items are usually kept in-store for 21 days after delivery. Afterwards, they are returned and a credit will be issued within 10-15 business days. If you do not wish to accept the item, go to the store where you are set to receive it and perform the return or exchange right there, free of charge.

Does Maurices offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping to store is free and orders worth $50 or over receive free shipping too. Shipping is also free for VIP Credit Cardholders, which you can apply for here. Note that Next-Day Shipping may be available to most United States locations, however orders must be placed before 1PM (PST) in order to be shipped on the same business day. Does Maurices ship to Canada?

Yes. Standard Ground Shipping is available for a flat rate of $9.95 and Air Shipping is available for a flat rate of $24.95.

Can I track my Maurices order?

Does Maurices accept returns?

Yes. If you are not completely happy with a purchase, you can always return your purchase to any local Maurices store or send it back online for a full credit. Note that for returned items to qualify for a full credit, they must be in good condition and you must bring along the packing slip or the receipt when returning to the store.


To return items worth less than $10 or for instances where you’d rather use your own return shipping method, make sure that the item is in good condition. The pack-in slip of the item you are returning should be included in the package and make sure to include the order number. Does Maurices offer expedited returns?

Yes. The fastest way to be credited for an item you wish to return is to use the Maurices Expedited Returns Portal. From there, select the items you are returning and print out a return shipping label. The package can be sent via US mail or UPS by taking it to a local UPS or USPS location. Expect the return to be processed along with the refund within 1-4 business days.

Does Maurices accept exchanges?

Yes. However, exchanges can only be done in-store. If there is an item you wish to exchange, you are advised to visit your local Maurices store for proper assistance.

Why was my Maurices order canceled?

There may be instances where you receive a cancelation notice via email. This usually happens when the item you ordered is not in-stock any more, Maurices is unable to ship to the shipping address you provided or the billing name and address you provided do not match those on your credit card. Note that you are not billed for any canceled items. If the cancelation was due to an out of stock item, you can check out the new arrivals and make a new order.

Can I make changes to my Maurices order?

You may be able to make changes to your order within 30 minutes from placing it. Just call 1 (866) 977-1542 or chat with customer service about the changes or cancelation you wish to make. Note that if it has been more than 30 minutes since you placed the order, Maurices will not be able to make any changes or cancel it anymore.
