Does Mint Mobile ship internationally?
Mint Mobile does not ship phones or other devices internationally at this time.
What is the Mint Mobile return and refund policy?
Mint Mobile allows customers to return items or be refunded for plans for 7 days after starting. Shipping and handling is not refunded and most refunds are processed within 10 days. For damaged or defective items, a return merchandise authorization number must be asked for and obtained within 2 days of delivery or the claim will not be honored and the return not accepted.
