No. ModCloth is all for the ethical treatment of animals. However, there are occasional products, especially vintage pieces that may feature real fur. These are vintage items that ModCloth bought second hand from estate sales or in flea markets. For new items, only faux-fur is used.

Yes. To qualify, items must be returned within 90 days from the time the item was shipped. When returning for a refund, the item must be received within 30 days from shipment date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method when using the free return label. For exchanges, items must be received within 90 days from the original purchase date. If an item is still listed on the site but the sizes are greyed out, there is a fair chance that it will be back in stock soon. Make sure to click the “I Need It” option next to your preferred size so the ModCloth team will know that you are waiting for it. However, items that say they are not available anymore will no longer be available for restock.

Standard and expedited shipping methods are available for domestic orders. For expedited shipping, orders must be received by 10AM (EST) for same-day shipping. Orders received beyond that will be shipped on the next business day. Expedited deliveries are not available on weekends. Note that there is only one shipping option available for APO/FPO addresses and that’s Priority Mail or $7.99, which can take 7-10 business days to get delivered. More details can be found here.

Yes, provided that you call customer service at 1 (888) 495-9699 within 60 minutes from the time the order was processed.

Final sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit. Also not eligible are promotional items or gifts, items that are worn or damaged when returned, items received beyond 90 days of the order shipment date, and shipping charges. Yes. Items must be shipped back within 60 days from the ship date. Just use the prepaid shipping label to send the items back for $10. Exchanges or store credit is not available for international returns. To start the return prices, just go to your account, and select Start Return. More details can be found here.
