What is the New Balance returns policy?

New Balance will accept returns from US customers for 45 days after purchase. Shoes must be new/unworn and in their original box. All other items must also be new and unworn, preferably with tags still attached. Refunds will be in the same format as the purchase was made. Instead of exchanges New Balance greatly encourages customers to make a new order because of the frequency that select sizes/colors sell out.

What is the international returns policy?

For customers outside of the US, New Balance will accept returns for free for 30 days. New Balance does not accept international exchanges.

Does New Balance have a rewards program?

New Balance does have a rewards program. Called "My NB Rewards" the program is free to join and allows you to earn points on every purchase. The program has three levels: bronze, silver and gold. Each level has additional benefits and is based on the number of points you earn each year.
