What is the Rally House shipping policy?
Rally House does not ship to PO Boxes/APO or FPO addresses at this time. Custom orders, bulk orders and other items requiring additional processing time may take longer for shipping. This is the Rally House domestic shipping policy:

Does Rally House offer in store pick up?
In store pick up is only available in select Rally House locations. Items that are not in stock/on site will be shipped to the store. An email will be sent when the item has arrived and is ready for pick up.
What is the Rally House return and exchange policy?
Rally House allows returns for 120 days as long as the item is new/unworn with tags, receipt or shipping documents and in its original packaging/box. Returns can be made to the store or by mail for items bought online. Items bought in stores cannot be returned by mail. Returns start with this form. Rally House will not accept any return without a tag or receipt. Some items may have a shorter return period than stated. Items that are sent directly from the manufacturer have a 30 day return window.
Exchanges can also be made in stores or by calling customer service and requesting the correct size/color/team and then returning the old one.
