When will Society6 ship my order?

Every product goes through processing since they are made only after you place your order. Typically, it takes 3 business days before an order is shipped. Below are the average delivery times for Society6 orders. Note that the delivery time for Australia orders only applies to Notebooks, Mugs, Wall Prints, Wall Tapestries, and Throw Pillows. For all other orders, the delivery time will be the same as other international orders, which could take 1-3 weeks. Click here for more information.

How much does Society6 charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on a number of things. This includes the type of product you are ordering and its total weight.

Can I track my Society6 order?

You can start tracking your order after it has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email that will include the tracking info. You may also log in to your Society6 account and track your order here. Since most orders are shipped through DHL eCommerce, you can also find out about the location of your order here.

Can I change my shipping address after placing a Society6 order?

Does Society6 accept returns?

Yes. If you are not happy with your order, you can always reach out to customer support for assistance. Based on Society6’s return policy, you have 60 days to return an order. You can then request a refund via customer support or you can do it within your account.

What is Society6’s policy on exchanges?

If you need to have an order exchanged for a different color or a different size, Society 6 will refund your order. Then, you can place a new order for the exact product you want. You can make the request via your Society6 account or you can contact customer support for help.

When can I expect to receive my refund from Society6?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment you used when placing your order. It could take 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement. Note that refunds can only be processed for orders that were returned within 60 days after they have been shipped. Orders returned beyond this period will be provided store credit instead. Does Society6 charge customs fee?

No. However, you may be subject to customs duties and fees once your order enters your country, in accordance with its existing customs laws. However, Society6 is willing to provide you with a one-time courtesy of covering your customs fees the very first time that you’re charged one. Just contact customer service along with a picture of the customs receipt for assistance. Note though that this is a one-time courtesy per customer only and will not apply to bulk or wholesale purchases.

Can I cancel or make changes to my Society6 order?

Yes, as long as it is within 1 hour from the time you’ve placed it. If you need to change something in your order, you will need to cancel it first and then place a new one with the modifications you want. To cancel your order, just log in to your account.
