When does Zoro bill my credit card for my order?

Items are only billed once they are shipped. For instances where some of the items in your order are not in-stock, you will be billed a partial amount for the items that are available. You’ll only be billed the part of the order that Zoro is able to ship.

Do I need to sign up for a Zoro account to place an order?

No. You may place an order even without signing up for an account. Just use the Guest Checkout option.

Does Zoro offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders being shipped within the continental US worth $50 and more will qualify for free shipping. Orders below will be charged the standard $5 shipping and handling fee. For orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, a shipping charge of $5 will be collected. Click here for more shipping information.

Is expedited shipping available at Zoro?

Yes. To qualify, orders must be placed Monday to Friday before 3PM (CST). Expedited orders must not contain hazardous materials and must not weigh more than 150 lbs. Note that orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Does Zoro ship internationally?

No. As of the moment, Zoro does not offer international shipping. However, Zoro has partnered with MyUS and eBay to make international shipping available. This means you’ll have to go to MyUS.com or eBay and sign up for an account to start placing an international order. Click here to know more.

What is Zoro’s return and exchange policy?

If you’re not happy with the products that you received, you may return them within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or a full credit as long as the products are undamaged. A return authorization is required for returns and can be obtained by contacting customer service at 1 (855) 289-9676. The order confirmation or packing slip should also be included in the RA when sending the package back as it will serve as the proof of purchase. Note that returns without the RA number may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Does Zoro offer non-refundable items?

Yes. Some products sold at Zoro may be considered non-refundable. To make sure that you know what you are getting into, somebody from Zoro will get in touch with you prior to fulfilling the order. This way, you will know about the refund restrictions that your order will be subjected to. This will also give you the chance to cancel the order.

Do Zoro products come with a warranty?

The Zoro warranty covers products with defects in materials and workmanship under regular use for a one year period from the time they were purchased. Any product determined to be defective in workmanship and material and assessed by Zoro to be so, will have the return shipping costs prepaid and will either be repaired, replaced or refunded the purchase price at Zoro’s prerogative.

When can I expect to receive my Zoro order?

In-stock items will generally ship within a business day. You should expect it to be delivered in 3-7 business days, depending on your location. If you ordered a third party item which ships directly from the manufacturer, it may be shipped within 2 weeks. This estimate will may vary significantly as these items could come from anywhere.
