Currently, Chaser only has a size chart for women. Note that sizing depends on the fit of the garment. It also hinges on whether the garment is fitted or oversized.

Domestic deliveries are handled by FedEx. Free FedEx Ground shipping is offered for orders over $75 that are being shipped within the United States. Free FedEx 2-Day Air shipping is also available for domestic orders over $150. Standard deliveries will generally take 7-10 business days.

Here are the shipping options available at Chaser along with their corresponding costs.

For FedEx Ground and 2-Day orders to get processed and shipped on the same day, the order must be placed before 4PM (PST). Orders placed beyond that would be shipped the following business day. For orders shipped via Standard Overnight, they must be processed before Thursdays 3PM(PST). Items purchased over the weekend get shipped on Monday.

Having partnered with International Checkout, Chaser is able to fulfill orders worldwide. This means that Chaser is now able to ship items anywhere in the world. This includes APO/FPO addresses. Chaser guarantees a free return for all domestic orders. Returns are accepted as long as it is within 45 days from delivery. Anything beyond that will no longer be eligible for an exchange or a refund. However, a grace period of 5 days is provided. Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, or laundered will not be accepted for return.

To start the return process, fill out this returns form. A USPS label will then be emailed to you once your request has been received. A refund/exchange will be issued to you once the return has been received by the accounting department. For shipping errors or in the case of defective or damaged items, Chaser will provide a replacement of the item immediately upon request if it is available. If the item cannot be fulfilled, Chaser will get in touch with you.

After a return has been received and inspected, Chaser will notify you via email of the receipt of the returned item. You will be notified too on whether the request for a refund has been approved or rejected. Once approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the same payment method used when you made the purchase.
