What types of vehicles does MyDayTrip offer?

The vehicle provided to you will depend on the number of travelers present in your group. A group of 3 will be provided with a sedan, for a group of up to 4 passengers, an MPV. A van is provided for a group of up to 7 travelers. For larger groups, a combination of vehicles may be provided. Exact vehicle models will vary, depending on availability.

Will my MyDayTrip driver speak English?

Yes! All MyDayTrip drivers speak English, their local language, and even other additional languages sometimes. Their intricate knowledge of the local culture also means that you get to experience it more intimately without having to worry about communication barriers.

Can I book a MyDayTrip now and then add more stops later?

You may make changes and modifications to your itinerary without any charge up to 24 hours prior to your departure. For last minute changes, MyDayTrip will try to accommodate them as best as they can but additional charges may apply.

What payment methods does MyDayTrip accept?

MyDayTrip accepts most major credit cards. You may also choose to pay in cash following the trip. When booking a trip on the website, you have the option to change the currency on the top of the page. However, the charge will be in Euros so the exact amount that will be reflected in your statement would depend on your bank’s exchange rate.

Booking is simple. Just choose your city of origin and your city of destination. You can also choose from the featured routes on the site. If you want to add stops to your journey, just browse through the points of interest featured on the screen.

Is traveling with MyDayTrip safe?

Yes! Local drivers are screened for traffic and criminal records. Each one is also personally interviewed and their cars are inspected to ensure that they are safe, comfortable, and reliable. Cars accepted at MyDayTrip are required to be less than ten years old, insured, and in an excellent operational state. This is to ensure that your experience is not only safe but more relaxing too.

Does MyDayTrip allow pets?

Yes. Just let MyDayTrip know in advance to make sure that the vehicles provided for you will have enough space to comfortably accommodate your pet.

Are the prices on the MyDayTrip site final?

Yes. Whatever amount has been quoted when you booked the trip on the website will be the exact amount charged to you. There will be no additional charges and surprises from MyDayTrip. However, third-party activities on the stops that you add to your itinerary as well as attraction fees will not be part of what you are paying for so you may have to pay for them separately.

Where will my MyDayTrip driver pick me up?

MyDayTrip is a door-to-door service. Your driver will pick you up at any point accessible by car- whether it is your hotel, cruise ship dock, apartment or other location. The same is true for the drop off location so you won’t have to deal with the hassle of taking cars, buses, or other transportations to get to where you’re headed.
