What is Storenvy?
Storenvy is an online platform where people can set up a store and sell their items to earn a percentage of the profit. Shoppers can come and find unique, often one of a kind or limited edition items including artwork, clothing and home décor.
How does Storenvy work for the shopper?
Storenvy is like Ebay and other similar sites. You shop for the items that you would like and then choose the store that you would like to buy from. For some items there is only one option while for others there may be three or four options which compete by offering different types of shipping.
What is the Storenvy shipping policy?
Storenvy itself does not ship or sell anything. Each seller sets their own shipping policy with all agreeing that items must be shipped out no later than 7 days from payment confirmation. Most ship within 1 or 2 days. Shipping costs and carriers will vary by seller.
Does Storenvy ship iinternationally?
Storenvy sellers have the option (and are encouraged) to ship internationally.
What is the Storenvy return policy?
Return policies are set by each Storenvy seller individually. For items that are defective or flawed, do not match description or are just not right, contact the seller directly and try to come to an agreement about what should be done.

How do I cancel an order at Storenvy?
Cancelations and changes to any order must be handled directly through the Storenvy seller you ordered from.
Do I need a Storenvy account to order?
You will be asked to create a Storenvy account when you order. This account allows you to have a transaction history, track orders and will also serve as a communications platform between you and the sellers.
What happens if there is a dispute on Storenvy?
Storenvy will redirect complaints/feedback to the seller in question. If the seller is not responding to requests or communication the most common suggestion is to file a dispute with the payment platform you used to order. Most transactions do not need this step.
