Can I make changes to my MeUndies order once it has been placed?
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped quickly at MeUndies once they are placed. It is unlikely you will be able to make changes to orders that have been placed. If the order has not shipped out yet, MeUndies can cancel it and you can make a new order with the changes included.

How long does it take for MeUndies orders to process?
Orders being shipped via Standard Shipping will usually take 1-2 business days to process before they are shipped. If you selected Expedited Shipping, your order may be processed on the same day if you placed the order before 10AM (PST). Orders placed after 1PM (PST) or during the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Membership orders and orders placed on holidays may take 1-3 business to process before they are shipped.
What shipping options does MeUndies offer?
Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take up to 7 business days to deliver. Orders to Guam and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses will arrive within 10 business days. What is MeUndies’ return policy?
Your first pair of MeUndies underwear, bralettes, or socks is covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that if you don’t like what you ordered, MeUndies will refund the product or exchange it within 90 days from the delivery date, no questions asked. Any following purchase can be returned within 90 days from the product delivery date, provided that it is still in its original condition and that it has not been worn, washed, or tried on. To start the return process, submit a return request to MeUndies. Make sure to include your order number in the request.
Can I exchange my online purchase at a MeUndies retail store?
If you ordered online and would like to exchange the item, you will need to submit a return request to start the process. You can not return online orders in-store.
