Does Aerie offer free shipping?

Yes, for US orders worth $50 or more, standard shipping is free. Orders below the $50 threshold are charged a $7 flat rate shipping fee. It takes 3-7 days for standard shipping orders to arrive. Does Aerie ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. Standard shipping is available for orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, as well as those orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Does Aerie ship internationally?

Yes. Click here to see the list of countries to which Aerie currently ships. Depending on what is available for your destination country, standard or express shipping may be an option. For international orders being shipped through FedEx or DHL eCommerce, free shipping is available provided that the order is worth $50 or over, except those orders being shipped to New Zealand and Brazil.

Does Aerie have restrictions on international orders?

When shipping to international addresses, a limitation of 20 items per order is set. Also, if you are shipping to Mexico, your order must be within $300. Also, gift-wrapped purchases and fragrance purchases cannot be shipped internationally.

Does Aerie accept returns?

Yes. Whether you bought your Aerie items by phone, online, or from any of their stores, you can return them in-store for free. Just take the item to any AEO, Tailgate or Aerie store near you to return it. Make sure that you also bring along the invoice and the card you used when placing the order.

To return an item via post, put the items back in their original packaging. Indicate the specific items you are returning and include the reason for your return on your invoice. Decide which mail carrier to ship it back with and pay for the postage. Send returns to the following address:

Does Aerie accept exchanges?

Yes. For exchanges, just go to the Track Order Page to print out an exchange form. Locate your order and select "Get a Return Label" to start the exchange process. Note that purchases paid with Cash, Gift Cards, or PayPal are not eligible for exchanges.

What is Aerie’s refund policy?

Refunds are processed the moment your return has been received. For international orders, this could take up to 5 weeks from the time you have shipped back your items. Refunds are processed back to the mode of payment you used when making your purchase. Note that only the amount you paid for the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping, handling, delivery, and duty costs are non-refundable. Also, it may take 1-2 billing statement for the credit to be reflected on your billing statement.

Why is my Aerie invoice total different from the amount on my confirmation email?

For US orders, shipping fees and taxes are not confirmed until orders are packed and ready to ship. This is why the total of your invoice may have a slight variation compared to the amount reflected on the order confirmation email you received.

Does Aerie charge customs fees and duties for international orders?

Duty and tax information reflected at checkout when placing an international order are merely estimates. The actual amount will be presented upon delivery of the order. Note that all tax, customs fees, and duties will be your responsibility. You may also check with your local carrier or post office to find out about the payment methods accepted when paying for these charges.
