What is Bass Pro Shop’s policy on backorders?
A backorder means that an item in your order is out of stock. Bass Pro Shop will ship the items that are in stock and the rest will be backordered for 60 days or until the item(s) is available. You have the choice to have the order held longer or to cancel the backorder altogether by calling 1 (800) 227-7776 or by email. Backorders will be packed and shipped once they become available. You will not be charged for a backordered item until it has been processed for shipping.

Does Bass Pro Shop accept returns?
Yes. Bass Pro has a hassle-free return policy where you may return any item purchased online or via the catalog within 60 days from the purchase date. When will I receive my Bass Pro refund?
If you have returned an item for a refund, anticipate a 1-2 week processing period. Once a refund has been processed, most banks take 2-7 business days to post the amount.
When will Bass Pro Shop send my tracking information?
A confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to you the moment your order ships. If you placed your order before 4PM (CST), expect it to be shipped on the same day and for the tracking information to be sent in the evening. However, the tracking number can take 24 hours to activate.
What is the Bass Pro “ship to store” option?
Ship to store allows customers to ship Bass Pro Shop orders to any Bass Pro Shop physical location, free of charge. Select the ship to store option when checking your items out and enter the name of the person designated to pick it up. You’ll receive an email once the order is ready for pick. How long does Bass Pro Shop hold ship to store orders?
Orders being shipped to store will be held for up to 45 days. Afterwards, the order will be returned to the Bass Pro Shop warehouse and a refund will be issued.
Does Bass Pro ship internationally?
Yes. The majority of in-stock items will ship internationally within 48 hours. For shipping and handling, a minimum of $40 is charged. Duty and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. If shipped via Express Air, you may receive your order within 7-10 business days after processing.
Can I change or cancel a submitted Bass Pro order?
Almost all Bass Pro Shop orders ship on the same day they are processed, which is immediately after they are placed. This is why once an order has been submitted, Bass Pro Shop is unable to make changes to it. You may, however, request for backorders to be canceled by contacting customer support.
