Bespoke Post is a subscription box service that puts together carefully selected items into a themed box based on the results of a quiz. The quiz helps reveal what you would most be interested in receiving.
How does Bespoke Post work?
Bespoke Post asks that you start with a very simple quiz that lets them pull together the items that they feel would be of the most interest to you. Then you can choose how frequently you would like to receive your boxes. Each month you will have 5 days to preview what will be sent to you. During that time you can make adjustments like changing colors or sizes for some items, and adding or subtracting others. If you decide that you don't want the box for that month you can skip it. In addition, there are other items that you can purchase outside of the boxes including items for your home, every day carry items, outdoor items and more.
What is the Bespoke Post domestic shipping policy?
Bespoke Post ships to the US and Canada. Expedited shipping options are available only to the lower 48 and vary by carrier/order. Shipping to military addresses is available by texting customer service at 914-326-2765 or by email at Help@bespokepost.com.

Does Bespoke Post ship internationally?
Bespoke Post ships only to Canada. Standard shipping costs $13.95 and is shipped with customs prepaid. Shipments should arrive in 10-15 days.
What is the Bespoke Post return policy?
Bespoke Post will accept returns of some items for 60 days. For the return of a subscription box the entire box must be returned. Some items are non-returnable. These items will be designated as such on the product page and may include grooming/hygiene items and similar products. Returns can be started by going to your account and clicking on "returns".

Does Bespoke Post offer gift cards?
There are several Bespoke Post gift card options. There is a digital card which is sent by email to the email address you select. There is a traditional plastic card and there is the option of sending a box plus a gift card to the lucky person of your choosing. You may also buy the gift cards in bulk if you would like. Will I need an account to order from Bespoke Post?
You will need to create an account to order. The account is simple and free to create and takes only a few seconds. From there you can control everything with future Bespoke Post orders including skipping a month's shipment or canceling your account.
How do you cancel your Bespoke Post account?
If you have signed up for the recurring shipments from Bespoke Post you can go to your account and select "cancel". If you have not done this before the cut off date you may still receive a box. If you do not have a recurring subscription you will not need to cancel anything. To stop receiving emails and other correspondence from Bespoke Post simply hit unsubscribe on the bottom of the emails.
