What is the BoostMobile return policy?
BoostMobile allows returns of new condition phones for 7 days after purchase. Phones and other devices may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $25.00. Returns must start with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call customer service at 1-866-402-7366 to request the RMA and then follow the directions for returning the item.
Does BoostMobile offer a warranty on its products?
Phones and devices sold by BoostMobile are covered by a manufacturer's warranty which will vary in terms of length as well as in the limitations and conditions of coverage. Preowned phones are not covered by warranties and are sold as is.
Does BoostMobile have gift cards?
BoostMobile does not have gift cards however you can pay to Reboost someone's account as long as you have a credit or debit card and their phone number.
Can I bring my own phone to BoostMobile?
