Does Boscov’s allow online orders to be picked up at a store?
Yes. Boscov’s has the Buy Online Pick Up in Store option which lets you place an order online and depending on the item’s availability, pick it up at a Boscov’s store near you. All items sold online can be picked up at a Boscov’s store except those that are online only, products that require home delivery, as well as product which Boscov’s can’t guarantee the availability of due to low stock.
When will my Boscov’s order be ready for pick up in store?
Most orders placed before 6PM will be available for pick up on the same day. Orders placed beyond 6PM will have to be picked up on the next business day. A notification email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. You or the person you designated at checkout can pick up the order. Just bring the pickup notification email and a valid ID when going to the store. Note that stores will often hold your order for 5 days.
Can I change the pickup store for my Boscov’s order?
Once the order has been submitted, you will no longer be able to change the pickup store location. You will have to cancel the order and place a new one with the correct store location. We recommend you call customer service at 1 (800) 284-8155 or email email@example.com.
What shipping options are offered at Boscov’s?
Free shipping is offered for orders worth $99 or more of standard shippable items. Note that Boscov’s does not ship to PO Box addresses. Oversized Delivery is also available but only within the 48 continental states. Home Delivery is available for items that require special handling however this is only available for certain zip codes within a certain radius from Boscov’s store locations in MD, PA, DE, NJ, CT, NY, and OH.

When can I receive my Boscov’s order?
Most items that are in-stock will take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon check out and should be available when you get the tracking information. Home Delivery orders will usually be delivered within 10-20 business days from order confirmation. For special orders, a delivery time should be sent to you within 7 days from the time of order confirmation.
Can I make modifications to my Boscov’s order?
Completed orders where you have received a confirmation along with the order number can no longer be changed. If you do need to delete an item from the order, contact Boscov’s at 1 (800) 284-8155 for assistance as they may still be able to delete the item, provided that the order is still in the “Ordered” status. If you need to add more items to the order, you can place a new order instead.
Can I track my Boscov’s order?
Yes. Just visit the Boscov’s website and go to My Account. Once logged in, go to Order History and select the order number you wish to track. Note that Home Delivery and Special Order may not display tracking information as these orders are shipped by an independent carrier or directly from the product vendor. For order tracking concerns, you can always call customer service at 1 (800) 284-8155.
Does Boscov’s accept returns?
Yes. If you purchased an item that you aren’t fully satisfied with, you can return it within 90 days from the time of purchase. It is recommended to have items returned via the same delivery method you received them. The return address should be indicated on your packing slip. What is Boscov’s refund policy?
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when making the purchase. For purchases charged under another cardholder’s name, the refund will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit Card. For items paid for via PayPal, refunds will be issued to that PayPal account, provided that the items were shipped back to the address listed on the packing slip. If returned to a Boscov’s store, product exchanges are offered or a Merchandise Credit Card will be issued.
Does Boscov’s ship internationally?
Boscov’s ships to any home or office within the 48 continental states. However, merchandise cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the country. Boscov’s is also able to ship items to FPO, APO, and DPO addresses, except those that are Online Only or those requiring Home Delivery Service.
