What shipping options does Carter’s offer for domestic orders?

Standard shipping is free for orders $35 and up. A standard shipping flat rate of $6 is charged for orders below $35. Standard orders received before 12PM (EST) Monday to Friday are processed within 2 business days. Expedited shipping is also offered with 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping being charged a flat rate of $15 and Next Business Day Shipping charged at $25. Does Carter’s accept returns?

Yes. Through their Happiness Policy, if you received an item that you are unsatisfied with, you may return it along with its original packing slip, gift receipt, or sales receipt within 90 days from its purchase. Carter’s will exchange the item or refund the item’s purchase price minus handling and shipping charges. For items returned more than 90 days after purchase, Carter’s will be happy to exchange it or refund it for the current selling price.

How do I process a return to Carter’s?

To process a return, just fill out the reverse side of your packing slip and include it with the items you are returning. Does Carter’s accept exchanges?

Exchanges will have to be processed as a refund and reordered. Just call customer service at 1 (877) 333-0117 when making an exchange so the regular shipping charges will be waived. Once your return has been received, you will also then be given a refund for the merchandise’s purchase price.

Yes. A one-time price adjustment is offered for items purchased within 14 days. Just call customer service at 1 (877) 333-0117 for assistance. You may also get a price adjustment in any Carter’s or OshKosh stores within 14 days from the time you made the purchase. Just make sure to bring the original receipt with you.
