Dyson can be found in several authorized retailers with some including demonstrators who showcase select items, usually on the weekends. In addition, there are 4 stand alone demo stores including 2 in California, 1 in Virginia and the other in New York City.

Dyson allows returns for 30 days for some items and 90 days for others. Regardless of the time frame the process is the same. Fill out the return form and wait for Dyson customer service to respond with a return authorization number and additional information. Package the item as directed and take to the UPS store to send to the address given to you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
