What is the Dyson return policy?
Dyson allows returns for 30 days for some items and 90 days for others. Regardless of the time frame the process is the same. Fill out the return form and wait for Dyson customer service to respond with a return authorization number and additional information. Package the item as directed and take to the UPS store to send to the address given to you. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
