Hayneedle wants their selection to have the best prices available. As such, they promise to match any competitor’s price for the same item. The item must be in-stock and the same brand and model for price matching. This does not include closeout, clearance or backordered items.
What is Hayneedle’s policy on backorders?
There may be times when orders will have to be placed on backorder until such time as Hayneedle receives more inventory. If you happen to make an order with some items put on back order, customer service should get in touch with instructions on what you can do to fulfill your order faster.
Does Hayneedle offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $49 receive free shipping. Orders $49 and below will be charged a $4.99 shipping fee. Hayneedle also offers 3-Day, 2-Day, and 1-Day Shipping via FedEx. What are Hayneedle’s freight services?
Freight delivery may be required when the weight and/or size of an item exceeds FedEx’s limit. Rates are assessed on a case-to-case basis and should be available on the specific product’s page. Can I track my Hayneedle order?

Does Hayneedle accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. To find out the return eligibility of a product, look up the order and select Return/Exchange. Fill out and print a Return Merchandise Authorization and include it in your return.
Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a Hayneedle item?
If the return is due to a fault by Hayneedle, return shipping will be paid. However, in most cases shipping is non-refundable.
When can I expect to receive my refund from Hayneedle?
Once your return has been received, the amount of the item being returned will be credited back to the original mode of payment you used when you made the purchase. If the item was purchased using a gift card or was purchased as a gift, a store credit will be issued.
Does Hayneedle have a rewards program?
Yes. Every time you order using your credit card or Visa Checkout, rewards will then be credited to your account. Customers earn 5% for every dollar spent. You can also earn $2 in rewards when you write a product review of an item you purchased. If you write a product review of an item you purchased and include a photo of it, you can earn $3 in rewards!
Are there limits to how many Hayneedle rewards I can earn?
While there are no limitations to the amount you can earn, there may be limitations on how you can earn them. There are no limitations for purchases. For reviews, you are limited to 1 review per product and a maximum of 5 reviews in a month. Note that rewards do expire. You have a full 180 days to use them. Also, you will not earn any rewards for products purchased using your rewards.
Can I cancel my Hayneedle order?
Orders at Hayneedle are processed and shipped as soon as possible. You cannot cancel orders that ship within 2 business days. Orders shipping within 3 business days may still be canceled, provided the order has not yet been processed.
