When will my HisRoom order ship?
If the product you have ordered is in stock and if you have placed the order by 11AM (CST) from Monday to Friday, the item will be shipped on the same day. Items ordered over the weekend will have to be shipped on the following Monday.
What is HisRoom’s policy on orders with incorrect merchandise?
In the event that you ever get shipped an order with the wrong item inside, make sure to contact the HisRoom customer service as soon as possible at 1 (800) 558-6779. You will be issued a prepaid label in order to return the incorrect merchandise. The shipping costs of the replacement merchandise will be waived as well.
What shipping options does HisRoom offer for US orders?
HisRoom offers free standard shipping for domestic orders of $50 or more. Orders placed from Monday-Friday before 11AM (CST) will leave the warehouse on the very same day. Most standard orders are delivered through USPS and are usually delivered on the 5th business day. Average delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Boxes will have an average delivery time of 4 business days. Delivery of all other orders outside the United States can take between 7-15 business days

Does HisRoom process international orders?
Yes. HisRoom accepts international orders to more than 100 countries and territories around the world in partnership with Borderfree. When shopping at the website, international customers have the option to change the currency at the top of the site to their local one to find out what the corresponding prices are in their local currency.
How much does it cost to ship a HisRoom order internationally?

Does HisRoom accept returns for international orders?
Yes. HisRoom accepts returns for international orders, provided that the item is still new and odor-free and that the tags are still intact. To facilitate international returns, contact the HisRoom customer service first to get a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization request through Borderfree, HisRoom’s international shipping partner. Mailing instructions on how to process the return should be included in the RMA, along with the drop off locations for the return. It will generally take 5 business days for HisRoom to process returns after receipt received. In addition, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used when making the purchase.
How do I track my HisRoom order?
For domestic orders, once the package has been shipped, an order confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the shipment. It should also contain a quick link for tracking your order. You may also view this information atthe website under “My Room”. For UPS shipment, you will need to sign up for UPS MyChoice in order to track the progress of the delivery.
For international orders, once an order has been shipped, HisRoom’s international shipping partner, Borderfree will send you a confirmation email, which should include the package’s tracking number. Tracking the package through Borderfree is possible as long as you provide your tracking number.
What is HisRoom’s return policy for domestic orders?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you always have the option to return it to HisRoom for an exchange or a refund, provided that it is returned within 30 days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used. For items to be accepted for returns, they need to be odor-free and new and should still have their original tags. In addition, final sale items will not be available for returns.
Once the returned item has been received, it will take an extra 5 business days to get it completely processed. You’ll be informed via email once the return has been received and processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Does HisRoom offer free return shipping?
If you wish to return an item, know that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To ensure convenience, when processing returns, you have the choice to download a shipping label that is already prepaid. For this option, a fee of $5.95 will be deducted from your credit.
You also have the choice to do it yourself. For Self returns, make sure to choose a method that is safe, insured, and traceable as HisRoom cannot be responsible for lost packages.
